Yesterday was Mother's Day. I was spoiled with gifts from my Hubby and kiddos. Sister picked out a long purple skirt, which of course I wore to church! Brother pick out a gardening knee pad... I'll probably be taking advantage of that today when I am out searching for squash under the giant leaves!! Troy took care of making breakfast and lunch, cleaning up all the dishes, and getting the kids ready for our day of fun. We enjoyed a day of family time, loving on some special moms in our life and talking to the ones that are far away, swimming and playing at Grammies and Grandpa's house. It was wonderful to be pampered and fussed over for the day!
Today is mother's day too! But today is like most days, unnoticed by Hallmark, when the privilege of being a mama is found when you look for it. It will be found in moments that I stop fussing over a clean house, laundry and the making of meals and say thank you for the millions of graces that God has for me today.

- Kids snuggled together on the couch.
- Giggles
- Imaginations in full swing.
- Sunflowers reaching toward the heavens to open up and declare God's Glory!
- Goggles needed for bath time.
- A pre-mopped bathroom floor... looking for blessings in the bath time aftermath.
- Needing lots of kisses from Daddy before he leaves for work.
- A few minutes to jot down my thoughts!
